Scorpion disfigured Ageia Physx error

I bought Scorpion disfigured off impulse, downloaded and installed without error, but when i go to start the game i am greeted with an error message, saying "Ageia Physx 2.7.3 is not installed" I have Physx version 9.10.0513, and have tried running as admin and various compatibility but still no avail.

 

My system specs are,

Windows Vista

Intel Quad Core, 2.33GHz

Nvidia Geforce 9500GT

4.00GB Ram

32 bit
