Can not use Fons or Explorer Window Background - Windows Vista Home Premium

Hello.

I want to use the Fonts and Explorer Backgrounds options but they are unaccesible (gray).  Why is this?  I use Windows Vista Home Premium.

What theme do you have selected currently?

Also what version of WindowBlinds are you using?  Please post your information from the WB about box.

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 7.1 (build 273 x86 - Vista Edition)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
(Monitor PnP genérico) 1 is attached to Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

I think I figured it out... the options activate when I change themes... thanks!!!!
