Object Dock 2.0

When putting a zoomer dock on the left or right side of the screen and using the "Speedy" Background when I try to move the dock to the top corner of the side it just stretches instead of moving up to the corner. So far this is the only background that has done this so far.

Where are these "Speedy" backgrounds?

Nevermind...found them...thought it might be the background itself. Not sure what is causing it.
