New windows colour scems

Hi there!
I'm a Win2K user and I dont like to mod my desktop too much, I find Windowsblinds and family obtrusive and unstable. I do however like a nice looking desktop
Which brings me to my question, where can I download new windows colour schemes? Like the Lilac, Rainy Day etc etc.
I searched and searched to no avail, all links were out of date.
Anywhere else?

Try this program. Not only does is allow you to modify the system colours, it gives you finer control and allows you to change colours that the standard control-panel applet doesn't. Plus it comes with a bunch of cool schemes.

PS: I've never had a crash due to windowblinds. Could be because I'm running W2K..

Strange I looked all over Tucows and I couldnt find it?
Do you have it? Could you mail it to me?
I checked more on this program and found people raving about it, but nobody actually had it for download.
