Skins Installation

Hello all I have a question.  Today I just installed LogonStudio on my windows 64 bit machine.  I noticed that there are quite a few skins that are on here that are only 1kb in size, and they do not show up when I try to load then into LogonStudio.  I even tried to download a few skins as well, but with the same results..What am I doing wrong?  Thanks
