Problem with dropdown menus

I've been modifying a DXTheme (Sputnik) that has Object Controllers that are tied to menus (trays) which contain icons that act as shortcuts). (i.e. the "Graphics" button is clicked, which opens a tray containing various shortcut icons). Once an icon is clicked, the program launches and the tray/menu closes.

However, if I then again click on the graphics button, the tray will open but all the icons are now gone. If I restart DX, they will return, but again disappear after the first icon is clicked.

Any thoughts?
