WinXP - windows blinds does not maintain transparency

Old Windows Blinds customer, thinking of repurchasing - using the eval software on WinXP (company won't upgrade.. ugh)

Using Diamond/diamond skin with transparency.  It works fine, except that every morning, I return to my work PC and find the transparency has 'broken' and appears dark gray.

The only Diamond skin that I know of (and I could always be wrong) is a MyColors theme, and for some reason it does have a tendency to be problematic.  Plus I'm not sure how well a MyColors theme might behave with the WindowBlinds trial.

Try downloading and using the Lexan skin from the WB gallery here, it's another XP glass-style skin.  See if it behaves.

Also might be good to know- Is the XP 32bit or 64bit?

Diamond comes standard with WB

Well how 'bout that.  Sure enough the WB isn't encrypted on my machine anymore, slipped that one in there on me didn't they.

Dehemke it's been a week and it doesn't look like you're getting anywhere here, probably need to start up a ticket with Stardock Support here:

https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit

Give them a couple of days to reply, and don't send them emails in the meantime to check up - that resets you in their cue somehow.  You might go ahead and try the Lexan theme anyway though.

Could you provide a screenshot of what it looks like?

Also if you open new applications after this happens, do they get the glass frames again?
