How to get windows aero preview to work?

Hello,

 

I am trying to get this to work as well as other features such as:

How to add the weather docklet?

How to add My Documents/Windows E Docklet?

How to add notification icons to the dock?

How to use New “Folder-View” tabs? (Windows 7)

 

I searched youtube but was unable to find any good tutorials.

which is what I am basing my questions on.

Once I figure out how to do this stuff I will make one myself to help others.

How to add the weather docklet?

-Right-click on the dock -> Add -> Dockets -> Weather

How to add My Documents/Windows E Docklet?

-Create a shortcut for 'explorer.exe'

How to add notification icons to the dock?

-Right-click on the dock -> View -> Show system tray icons

How to use New “Folder-View” tabs? (Windows 7)

Right-click in the tabbed dock -> Add -> Tab -> Folder Tab.
