change "search field" image?

from WinCustomize Forums

I have been trying for hours to change the "search field" image. I can make it disappear via "start menu/bottom bar/ extra settings/offset

but cannot figure out how to alter the image to blend in with the bottom bar. This is really holding me back in regards to skin creativity.

Can anyone please help?

Find it here: Edit Explorer & IE Shell Parts/Edit Vista & 7 Explorer Parts/Search Field Background.

This image is used for the search field in the window frame too.
