Impulse Server not responding

I've stated it in the WindowsFX threads but no one from SD has responded.

Impulse keeps giving me a Server not responding, please check your internet connection error. Obviously my internet connection is working.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled impulse too. Also, If I check the box "I forgot my account information" and enter my email address it claims I dont exist. Haven't changed my email address in a few years.

What's going on?

Issue resolved.

It appears the problem was on my system. I fired up a VM and Impulse worked just fine.

A few days ago I tried the Download of the Day (forget the link) which was an app called Garbage Cleaner. Well, it should have cleaned itself straight away.

Performed a system restore to a point prior to that POS app being installed and everything works fine again.

I think sometimes Download of the Day could be better named 'Dross of the Day'.
