"Fences does not appear to be loaded"

Hello Forum

Have just installed Fences version 1.01.143. The following problems occured

1. No Desktop Icon Created

2. Program does not start.

3. When I run >Start>All Programs>Stardock>Fences.exe I get the following error message: 'FENCES DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE LOADED-YOU MAY NEED TO REINSTALL FENCES"

PC Specs:

Win7 Ultimate 32bit

2Gb RAM

320Gb HDD

.Net Framwork 4

Have you rebooted after installing?  If so, I would do as recommended and uninstall Fences, run CCleaner or something similar and reinstall Fences. I suggest turning off any AV and Spyware apps temporarily while installing.
