Serial Numbers

So. I purchased Object Dock and ... the animated wallpaper. Can't remember the name off the top of my head. Never received an email with the serials. Used the online form to request the serials, and all it sent me was an email for Impulse. I have the receipt, sent an open ticket to sales two days ago. No response. Am I doing something wrong?

and did you install impulse and use it to install your software?

What is your ticket # with support?  We don't have any tickets over 2 days in our system at the moment.  Keep in mind that if you send multiple emails, that resets the ticket to the end of the queue, which may be why you haven't gotten a response yet.

Download Impulse. Use the email from which you ordered the software when you create your Impulse logon/password.

When you do that, all the software you ordered should appear in the "My Software" tab in Impulse. Then you can proceed to install.
