can anyone point me to controlling button sounds in sinstudio 7?

Help! I'm pretty sure the ability to assign sounds to buttons  eg "close. min...etc... must be in skinstudio 7 somewhere, but for the life of me I just can't find it!

Sound assigning is only possible when using UIS2 (non per pixel) frames and buttons. If you skin the per pixel elements, they will override the UIS2 element in most applications.

The option for sound assigning is located in: Edit UIS2 frames > Titlebar buttons > Actions tab

2of 3,  I started a new skin, skinned only the uis2 frames

went to Edit UIS2 frames > Titlebar buttons > Actions tab and set the sounds, enabled button sound support, still no sounds. Is there code I need to do through notepad or something?
