i normaly single player 2v2v2 , the AI always send envoys and offer me pacts. do i need to research the pacts or send envoys to get the bnuses ?/
you don't need to have a pact researched to accept it if the ai offers it to you
Nope, but if you want to offer him your pacts you'll need to research them and send your own envoys. For instance, a TEC/Vasari alliance can have all the pacts from both races, but the each will need to raise their own relationship and research their own pacts to do it.
