I've just take a look at deskscapes sdk and was wondering about the of releasing a new deskscapes version with enhanced capabilities if creating hybrid dreams is such a pain the ass like having to know c++ coding and stuff like that ??

Do you really think that creativity goes along programming (even if sometimes it could) ? Are corporate people so dumb ?

Hybrid dreams are using simple ini configuration files, so you don't need any programming experience in C++ to make them (look at HybridDreamFormat.pdf in the DeskScapes 3 installation folder).

Dynamic dreams are different and are indeed written in C++, using Direct3D to draw a scene on screen. If you're not a programmer, then you should use hybrid dreams or just pre-render everything and make a normal video dream.
