League of Legends multiple serial - still waiting for my key :(

Hello.

 

I bought League of Legends Collectors edition by impulse,one for me and one for my mate as a gift. I gave first serial code to my friend but i had no way to check the second serial after the purchase so i checked forums and found answer that i need to obtain it directly from support.

I sent a ticket and still no reply and i cant understand why im waiting so long...its not a complicated issue,i just want my second serial number so i can start playing and now im stucked waiting for any response after spending money...

Please send me the second serial number asap and solve the issue,if it helps here is the ticket info etc:

Keep in mind that Stardock's offices are closed on the weekend, so there's usually a delay on tickets submitted then.  Also, to avoid this in the future, if you're buying a serial number for a friend, make sure to purchase it as a gift so they can access the serial number themselves.

yes i know,but for me this is quick issue to just send me serial on mail and case solved. Almost tuesday here (bought game on friday) and i cant get my champs and points -.-

Im still waiting....got a reply back that key can be sent to my friends account but i clearly stated that i already gave the FIRST key to friend in the ticket and second one is for me but i cant view it. I replied to ticket 20 hours ago and still waiting like a naive kid that i will be able to redeem the code.

If it will continue i will need to ask for a refund and buy somewhere else cause i need those RP points (u aquire them by puting the serial in the game) to buy few things that are currently on discount and end soon.

 

Sorry if its harsh post but if i pay for something in the internet it hurts me to oblivion that i need to wait so long for any reaction and its just a matter of sending one code,its so easy.
