Yes it true, but only with the Areo blinds that come with the installation of WindowBlinds 7. Pick one, color it, add some textures and you will be able to see how IE9 is designed to look and operate. Sure IE9 doesn't work with my favorite blind named Alloy from Ross Fairbanks or any blind from my collection other than the Areo blinds, but being able to fully use IE9 and check out it's performance improvements has been a pleasure so far...
