Is there a 250 turn limit?  My current game is stuck in turn 251 and won't do anything.  Vista 64, 8Gb (more info in debug.err)

I have a previous save game, but I've tried twice and it still won't let me past turn 251.

Looking at the debug.err, something really bad happened after the autosave on turn 250.

Most cases of this are due to units on autoexplore failing to exhaust their moves--usually boats (such as yours). Moving the boat manually to use up its moves will let the game proceed.

All the messages in your debug following turn 250 are pretty typical for the exit game sequence.
