A very satisfied sigh of relief

this post is meant for no other purpose than to express my extreme satisfation with my last game... i -finally- completed my first attempt at a "large map" game, and after hours upon hours of back and forth with my adversaries, i finally won (via conquest) late last night...

/me sighs happily

that game must have stretched the entire week (i only have so many hours to play after the kids are in bed... you know how that is )...

i had zero CTD, and experienced no anomalies, other than a very late game bug where i could train veteran squads of grand barons (i think?) for 1 gildar, in 1 turn... i tried not to abuse that..... much.

i suppose a testament to any good game is the fact that after i finally bested my foes, after having invested so much time over the course of a week (and realizing it was 2am), was that i wanted to fire up a new game, and employ some different tactics!!

i know the current patch is giving people grief (im still on 1.07), but i felt a hearty kudos was in order... thanks Stardock!
