[1.08b.092] CTD during tactical combat

I got a CTD during tactical combat when a enemy unit attacked my familiar.  It was the second round of combat, during the first round I missed with all ranged attacks.

I get a crash when an air elemental tries to cast smething I also get all kind of random CTDs in the tactical battle mode. They were not there until AFTER this hotfix.
