Sovs/Channs Can't Buy Armor?

Anybody else find that they're unable to buy armor for Sovs and Channelers and Champs since 1.08? They don't even show up in my merchant list even if I've researched them. I haven't heard anything about this besides ONE other player that had this problem but I'm not sure whether it's intended or a bug.

I was unable to buy armor, but I could buy legendary. Dunno what reason.

I have been able armor with no problem in 1.08.  You may need to start a new game with the patch.  that is what I always do.
