Conflict with City of Heroes Going Rogue

Fences Pro is causing an issue with City of Heroes Going Rogue, which kills the framerate in the expansion's new areas, making the game unplayable.  Uninstalling the program fixed the problem, but I would really like to be able to use Fences Pro again.

Sorry, I thought this post didn't go through, so I didn't even look for it.

I know that City of Heroes support team stated it is a known issue and asked me to immediately uninstall all Stardock software and stop using it, in my case Fences and Impulse, but they seem to be suspicious of anything you guys put out, for some reason.  It does seem that both were causing the same issue and I simply won't quite Impulse, so guess what game I'm not playing?  I would like to re-join the game though.  Part of the problem is that Impulse is very persistent.  I keep it from running at startup and it re-adds iself again.  There's probably an option within Impulse that might fix that though.

Anyhow, here's some quick info using Belarc Advisor.
