Sovereign limited to 2 out of 5 moves

Hey guys,

My apologies if this has been asked and answered before, but I couldn't seem to get the search to function properly.  My sovereign has 5 total moves, however, every turn she is only able to utilize 2 of them.  I can't seem to find any reason for her being limited.  I've attempted to unequip and reequip her equipment with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There may be several factors going on here.  If you have others in your group with only a 2 move rate, that would affect him.  It may also be that you are moving through terrain that costs more to move through, such as forest.

I had that too yesterday. I just reloaded my game and it seemed to work. He was in a party, but had that ability where everyone moves at his speed. When I took him out of the party he could move normal though. Try reloading I'd say

Hmm..I do have the ability that my army moves at the same rate as I do.  That would make sense for the terrain, but I've been over multiple types where this has been occurring.

I have also noticed a bug where if I load a game and my army hasn't moved for that turn, I can usually only move 1 or 2 spaces no matter the terrain or the amount of movement points I have.  The armies receive their normal move bonuses the next turn though.

There is also one terrain (I think it may be swamp) that looks like plains that slows you down.

My advice is to find an area you know has plains and see how far your guy can move back and forth until he runs out of movement points.  That should hopefully let you know if it is a bug or the terrain.

I think you might be right about the bug.  Removing her from the army, moving two spaces and allowing the turn to change brought her back to her full 5 movement points.

Thanks for your help!

I have had this bug a number of times. I, likewise, fixed it by removing the Sov and then walked the rest of the group back on top. Works every time.
