How bad/good are the bad/good traits Crual, Cowardly, Intimidating, Natural Leader?

How much those triats increase/decrease morale? If is is just few points they are not much worth, if they increase/decrease 20 points they are very important.
Spoil me pls:-)

According to the data files:

Intimidating gives -20 Morale to enemy morale, Cowardly gives +20 to enemy morale.

Cruel gives -20 to your Morale, and Natural Leader gives +20 to your Morale

Has anyone noticed a real effect to morale?  I haven't tried using those traits yet, but I've been in fights where an enemy used an ability to greatly lower the morale of one of my units.  Said unit still crushed people on the next turn.  I haven't noticed morale doing anything.

Someone in the FAQ thread experienced many opposing armies that were basically defenseless after one combat turn, because they lost all their action points. He confirmed that he picked a sovereign with the "Intimidating" trait, which is proof that it is very effective.

I once created a sovereign with the "Cruel" trait and stopped playing with him because of it. My sovereign and most of the hired champions lost their action points after one turn and were butchered most of the time.

Cool, I'll have to try it out (and the morale-affecting spells).  Thanks.

Worth noting that if your entire army's morale is 0, in the tactical map you can't do anything after first turn ("Panicked!") ... but click autoresolve and they'll wipe the floor with the opposition.

Morale makes little sense in its current implementation.
