Impossible to create Fence

hello,

I just installed Fences on a Win Xp system. everything runs fine except that i'm not able to create a fence by right cliking and choosing "create fence". I don't have this option in the menu.

Could you help me please.

Are you able to create a fence by holding down the right mouse button, dragging, then releasing the mouse button?
