Multiple Utility Programs Shown Running, When Only One Selected

First of all, let me say thank you for the great program!  I've been running 2.0 beta for a bout a week now, and the only bug I've noticed so far is as follows:  I have icons/shortcuts for both Tuneup Utilities Pro and Glary Utilities Pro on my zoom bar.  When I select one, the other also shows as active; with the little arrow on the bottom of the icon.  If you hold the cursor over "non-selected" program it will show the thumbnail window for the other "open program."  It doesn't seem to matter which I open.  If I open Tuneup, then Glary will also appear as if I selected it, but with the Tuneup thumbnail preview, and vise versa.  Thanks again for the great program.
