Trying to figure out what exactly was beta tested if there are so many serious bugs that prevent a full game from being played.

While they have drastically improved the game play with this patch I encountered the OOM error for the first time today at turn 120.

I have had a similar problem and will see how to report it I think. Windows 7 64bit anyone?

I still get OOM crashes on my Win7 64-bit box (4GB Ram) ATI4850(1GB) - so I concur witht he post above mine on the ATI comment, although not as often so they did fix some of the memory leaks but it is still leaking. 1.07 is much more enjoyable to play however. Keep on Trucking StarDock Work on that AI for those really elite players! maybe teaching the comp AI to band together against the likes of SARON sovereigns out there. lol
