A wise sovereign...

Quick question:

Spellcasting speed is based on wisdom. (1+10/Wisdom), in the tooltip.

What is wisdom? You can increase it for a starting sovereign - it's what defines starting essence - but once you've started, increasing essence certainly doesn't help. Is there a way to increase it, or is it only possible to change it in sovereign creation?

The tool-tip is wrong.

1.06 changed it do all spells cost 2ap. All Wis appears to do is determain starting essence.

Thanks. I did check a bit closer - the formula was (2,0*(10/Wis)), and it's 2 no matter what wis is, yes.

Even more entertaining if you find a book that increase wisdom (level 5 goodie hut iirc).  Breon's Tome or something like that.

It does absolutely nothing, not even raising essence.
