Install problems

Windows 7 install problem

A little help. I've submitted several request and Stardock and Impulse are both ignoring a problem that just isn't me. You run the install , everything looks fine and then a Error message and when you 'finish' to close it out it tells you it had a fatal exception.  No one has an answer

Running windows 7 with the latest patches, 6 gig RAM and NVIDA 9300. Any Ideas?
