Stardock Support is a joke

Usually I'm pretty happy with Stardock and their games and support, but Elemental is just so buggy and frustrating that I want refund

and perhaps give em another chance in 4 months or so. So I contacted Support:

Quote me:

"I usually am very pleased with Stardock products, and own pretty much every game you ever made. But Elemental has brought me only grief since I bought it. I would hereby like to request a refund for this game"

Answer Stardock Support:

"Hello,

The wording of your e-mail is too vague to give you proper support. We need more information on what's going on to be able to help you."

Are you kidding me? Seriously? Did I write in the lost language of Mordor? Mayan?

I haven't asked for a refund but in other support requests most of the time I get responses and sometimes they never respond at all...and in an online age it's amazing that the Stardock web site doesn't give you things like delivery tracking!

You should be emailing sales@stardock.com about a refund. Normally support could just send it over to the sales dept, but I imagine after the weekend they're pretty swamped and whoever answered glanced over it and didn't see an issue (since you did e-mail support and not sales) and sent you back a note asking for specifics.

End of quote

SD ships with USPS Priority, which does not track the shipments.

Well, funny indeed, i'm german and i understood everything you wrote in your mail.
So i dunno how it's possible that someone who was born with the awesome language english/us has issues with your mail. And if he does (because he was not born with the awesome language english/us or whatever) then he shouldn't work for the support :p
