BabbleFish

Great Site! Check it out!

This isn't much of an article, but I've found two websites that seem to interest me. The first one is www.babblefish.com. It is used for language translations. You can find probably any language you wanted on there. It's really easy to use and FREE! :D

The other website is www.tagged.com. It's kinda like JU. But you have tag teams. And you still earn points. But the points are earned by getting people to join your tag team. You can give people what you call tags. Which are little symbols that stand for something. Or you can give them what are called props. It's kinda like blogging. Because you can put w/e you want on there basically. They have some pretty cool stuff on there. I suggest checking it out! :D

Babblefish has helped me out with Spanish homework quite a few times....I recommend it. Tagged is an interesting little site....it's worth checking out, at least.

It's not babblefish.com

It's babelfish.altavista.com

And if you people don't know where the Babel Fish reference comes from, you don't deserve to use the site.

Actually Babblefish isn't horrible itself. It's not nearly as quick but it's a good start on finding a translation site that might help.

I think Babelfish has been updating their translating technology, the translations seem to be more accurate as far as conjugating verbs, context of sentences, etc.

I have a hard time using Babelfish. Maybe because I can't seem to get it into my ear.

Try it on a hard language with multiple objects and verbs and laugh like a lunatic at the "translation"
Bwahahahahahaha!

Some teachers use babble when translating newsletters home fram english to spanish. I assume it's way off and super funny, but it's better than sending something home that parents can't even read!
