[1.06][bug] Borders are drawn in 4 dimensions, right?

I had exactly the same pattern happen to me, actually:

If you can provide your savegames with the cases where this occurs, it should help the devs resolve it more quickly.

Afraid I didn't save the game, and this went away on its own a couple of turns later.  If I see it again, I'll save it and find a way to get the file to you.

If you're still watching this thread, sir.  I have a save game with the weird borders in 1.07 now.  Please let me know where to send it / how to get it to the development team.
