Stardock/Impulse = blacklisted
After waiting almost a week for a BOUGHT game to be delivered (the serial via email) to me I have contact 'sales' and demanded a refund.
I have never encountered such an awfully setup sales/payment system that can takes your money and doesn't allow you access.
The sales staff has been imcompetant, inefficient, extremely unhelpful and slow in solving this problem.
I've deceided that Stardock/Impulse does not deserve my support.
I'm tired of bitching about not getting access here on the forums to no avail, I'm done with Elemental and Stardock.
