[Bug - 1.06.019] Can Recruit Anyone, Anywhere

With last night's hotfix, I now find I can recruit NPC's even when they are outside my influence and I'm not standing next to them.

I have not noticed this problem. You should try and repeat that bug and then upload a save...

I've tried, but haven't had the Gildars to do it. I'll keep trying.
