The serial number you entered is not currently an active registration (ref: 113)

I bought the game a few days ago, but when trying to update to the latest patch (1.06) I got an error saying my registration was invalid.  When I try to re-validate I get the message in topic title.

 

How can I fix this?  Any idea why it's happened?  All I can think of is that I'm currently in Beijing, China (live in the UK) so maybe this has "compromised" the registration (happened with Starcraft 2 anyway).

You've got a bunch of games under that account, but the Elemental order was flagged for sales to check. Please contact sales@stardock.com to inquire further about the status there. It's quite possible it's the Beijing bit being sensitive.

Thanks.  I resolved the issue with PayPal (indeed due to my being in China).  However with it being the weekend, is there any hope that I will be able to play the game before Monday?  Am a bit annoyed that I havn't been able to play considering I paid for the game 3 days ago, and was hoping to have it available to play on the 11 hour flight home tomorrow.
