[BUG] Teleporting requires spellcaster to be the leader of army

Hi,

 

As it says.  When you have a spellcaster that's not the leader of an army (A child or imbued champion), that caster cannot teleport the army. The spell effects 'play' and the mana is spent, but nothing is teleported.
