[BUG] Stuttering during scrolling - solution inside

So, since the release I have been experiencing stuttering scrolling. Today I finally found out what is causing it. It was the game cursor. Disabling it and moving to hardware cursor basically solves the annoying stuttering during scrolling the screen. Hope you guys do something about it since now I got now context cursor :(

Hi,

I had the same issue. What fixed it for me was setting the frame rate limit down to 30 in the video options screen. Make sure "Limit Frame Rate" is turned on.
