[Bug] Two resources in one square

In my game, I've had a Fire shard and a lost library (I think? not used to the icons yet) spawn right on top of each other. If you look carefully in the screenshot below you'll see a fire shard poking out of the top of the library.

Two resources for the price of one

 

The result of this is that I can't develop the lost library (I can apparently use the fire shard once I get the tech though) which is annoying as I don't have the fire spellbook, but the tech knowledge would be very useful.

I had this as well.  A tech library and a shard shared the same space.
