Simple me and my friend have not played Sins in a while so we decide to do so today. But it seem he is unable to log back into his account. How do we retrieve the information for the account?.

I was able to go to https://www.stardock.com/support/ and send an email.

The day I sent it and got a auto reply.

The next day I got a reply giving me my password.
