Install errors

i'm encountering an error installing elemental. a friend bought it for me as a gift, and when i attempt to use impulse to intall it I get Starting, preparing, then it flashes 0.0% for a split second before saying error.

 

Any idea what causes this? sins of a solar empire and galciv install fine, elemental is the only one having issues.

Do you have a firewall running? I've seen some other people have problems installing because for some reason, their firewall keeps blocking it.
