I've seen a few people post up some of their xml fixes for broken stuff, wondering if anyone has one for the broken faction talents?
For example, I usually use Tarth. They have great warriors which is supposed to give +1 combat speed, and they have brave, which is supposed to give extra hit points. Neither are working.
