The problem is pretty self explanatory:
All of the backgrounds in the portraits look like this.
I thought the 0-day patch would fix this but I'm certain it didn't. Any ideas?
Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and link the contents into a post here via pastebin. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem.
The file can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental
Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug log will be erased and recreated for the new session.
Are you seeing this when creating your card, or after it has already been created? If the latter, did it show when creating it?
I actually had this before the patch, I had gone in and messed with some settings on my laptop to see if I could get it to run better. After I lowered all of my graphics settings I got exactly the image you posted. I lowered all of the settings as low as they would go.
did this include screen resolution?
