Civ Type 5?

What is it?

In the raceconfig files, civ type 4 is a major race and 3 is a minor. Civ type 5 appears to only be used by the Dread Lords and pirates. Does this mean that if I gave a civilization civ type 5, they would have the same special diplomatic properties as the Dread Lords do?

I suspect that is what this does. It may also deal with the AI that the race uses. (Or the way that other AIs react to them, i.e. being much more ready to just wipe them out).
