Time delay?

So i pre-purchased the game. Got a confirmation email telling me my order number and that when the game was actually released that i would be billed. So it's Release date, i'm all psyched and excited do the whole stay up all night thing and yet nothing is happening. No cool magic appearance in my impulse account, no email telling me God has found a new way to show me his smiling at me, or a charge to card?  Did i misread the release date ? , no release till 8am ? , some other really obvious thing ? , or am I in the middle of a nightmare where it's Aug 24th and i'm left out of the fun?

You're supposed to get an email with your registration key, if you didn't time to email sales@stardock.com

The email we get to confirm our order says the game will come up in Impulse under 'My Games' and the serial will be in there. Isn't that whats supposed to happen?

Charge has been taken from the credit card, but no access no emails nothing yet...

Hope we get it soon...Although I'm looking at waiting another day due to time differences -_-

Hmm for me it was different,  I got an email that looked like this

 

Customer Name: First Name Last Name
Order Number: Order Number Here!

Then I registered it manually through impulse

If so, I'm still waiting and aching for it >_<

 

Btw, does Netspace cap you whenever they feel like it like Internode do?

Preorders were all billed and granted access Sunday night. You should have received a receipt if the charge went through and a failure notice if it did not. If you got nothing at all and the game did not appear in Impulse, please contact sales@stardock.com.

Thanks Kyro, I had lodged a ticket@sales but have not yet seen a reply and it has been pretty much 2 business days.

Nor have I received the 2nd email or a failure notice email...
