Help i bought the game early on accident. FUUUUUUUUUUUUU!

So basically im an employee of a company that sells electronics ect ect, and for some reason me and my friends were under the idea that this game came out today. So at the end of my shift i went to look for it in the PC gaming isle wanst there asked a fellow employee to check the back he did and got it for me and i think he forgot to check if WE COULD EVEN SELL IT YET. So i bought it ect ect paid cash i have the reciept so on. I come home install the game look on impulse and FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU its not released tell tonight so heres my problem.

 

If i bring the game back and get a refund i may get my fellow employee's fired for selling it to me.

If i dont do anyone no one may find out and were in the clear. If anyone finds out were all fired (most likely) or on the road to getting fired.

Now that i know that the game isnt released tell tonight at 12 i have no intention of playing it UNTILL THAT TIME. My problem is, is that i only have cash to pay for it and i want to play it at 12. ALSO i dont have the gas to get back to work, well i do and i'll have more gas money once i get my refund but the thing is that means i wont be able to purchase the game tell far into next week.(also i dont think they'll take it bake seeing as i already installed itFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU)

 

And i love giving stardock money

bought sins, galciv and elemental.

And i dont feel like getting fired so i dont know wtf to do. Cause if i get fired i have to drop out of school untill i can afford to pay for classes again. :( /slitwrits.

 

I would really love to get some technical or customer support from stardock if need be ill give out my phone #.

 

please help idk what to do.

am amazed that the store allowed the sale,guessing its not walmart. i wouldnt worry about it and just be more careful next time

Dude, don't worry about it. A couple places broke street date. You can use the game, it's no problem. Or if it's that big a deal to you, you can wait until the release date, which is tomorrow.

My thing is i really dont want to get anyone fired for my idoicy, including myself. Also it is a big deal for my, it just feels wrong to play the game before im supposed to, so ill just start tonight at twelve. Also sorry for the incoherent babbling, most likely though is that they will find out and the thing is its an employee sale so im boned. My delusional hope was to get someone from stardock to email my store so i wouldnt get shit canned, but eh ill just miss this school year, and hopefully will be able to get a job in the next few months.
