Mouse Over on Window Frame Buttons Question

Thanks for any feedback.

 

This may be an issue related to the use of per pixel frames....

Note that when cursor is placed over a button, all three of the buttons display their mouse over states.

In SkinStudio Edit titlebar and window frames,per pixel frames, caption, extra settings tab at bottom, disable; enable mouseover on all buttons.
