Red on a Dark Background looks Awesome And is Easy to See :P

It's not my fault I have good eyesight ;) Even with good eyesight though yellow on white is hard to see. On a personal opinion note though, I Hate bright yellow. It's my least favorite color. Probably because it's all "bright and happy and shiny" like "goodness" is. We can't have too much "goodness" running around messing up the place after-all. :P
