Necromancy?

Since the days before Dragon Age, I have been looking for a game that would let you "enslave entire nations with necromancy." Bioware cut all the cool stuff out, and it wouldn't fit in an rpg as well as a tbs. So, I'm hoping that Elemental will let you do this because it's a Master of Magic spin-off.

If not, I'll mod it in. I hear the mod tools are supposed to be quite good.

AFAIK there's supposed to be a Necromancy spellbook, but SD has never posted any spells from it and it hasn't been in the beta.

I expect the first expansion maybe undead heavy. But at the moment there is suppose to be an undead book and sum undead models which some modder is bound to expand on.

Well, there is a Death spellbook to find, so I think it will focus on necromancy of some sort.

Admittedly, I am assuming here, because in the gameplay trailer you can identify a spell from the Life spellbook so there must be a complementary Death spellbook. Some other guy confirmed it.

:thumbsup:   Oh yes please!! I love necromancy (in games mind - not wanting anyone thinking I was involved with the 'real' stuff some people claim to do o_O ).  I'm sure that whatever is put into the game that modders (such as yourself) will take and raise more!

Oooo, I've always loved necromancers (d2, oblivion, wc3, ectect).  I hope their numbers aren't limited too heavily!
