Hotseat implementation

I know I've asked this question previously and there really wasn't all the much of an answer outside of a maybe. Now that the beta is officially over and the release is a mere week away, what can we expect to see in the future as far as hot-seat goes?

Today is my lucky day:

Proof :

1) I bought this game few days ago, knowing there will be bugs, but hey! Let's motivate the Stardock Team a bit

2) After hours of downloading/installing my system went unstable, don't know why, must not have been EWOM, but so it was.

3) After driver rollback and such, giving up, reinstalling Windows 7.

4) Reading "Buy Ldt.Edt for same price as you paid lol !! " or so

5) Thinking, ok, however, that's life..

6) Installing and starting game again.

7) Mouse problems (mouse won' go directing right side)

8) Installed latest mouse driver and such -> goto 6) a few times, then 9)

9) Started game and "WHER THE F... IS HOTSEAT !?!?!?!? OMG, This caaaaAAANNT beeeEEEE !!!! AAAAaaaarrrrrrgghhh, not really??? Yes, Mo, But, If so..... NNoooooooooooooo...."

I must admit I may have forgotten or misleaded something..
