CursorFX not on Impulse after purchase.

Hello,

 

Just purchased the above software. Asked me to log into Impulse and follow te intructions. Searched for CursorFX on impulse but nowhere to be found. 

Can Anyone please help.

Did you sign in to Impulse with the same login info you used to buy it?

Impulse uses your user name, which is usually same as your email.

Did you click on the Register Product button and add the serial you received with the Email?

Never recieved a serial number through email. I can see my other purchases in the past but not this one. I did use paypal to purchase the software.

Had a look at the other forum and tried to forward/transfer email address but no luck.

Try closing Impulse and running the following file:

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg

Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.  Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it.  Then relaunch Impulse.  You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

If that doesn't work then please email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket.  It is the weekend and you may need to wait until Monday for a reply.  You will receive an automated ticket number after you email support.

I have raised a ticket since 14th Aug. 

 

Also, I tried the reg fix but no go :(
